You are encouraged to make your reservations as early as possible to ensure the best availability at the lowest rate.
Full payment of stay is required to confirm the reservation.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit cards will be charged the total of the stay and appropriate tax at the time of reservation by the Conference Secretariat. All payments will appear on the hotel room account upon check-in.
Reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in two night’s room penalty per reservation and the cancellation of the room for the remaining of the stay.
Deposits are non-refundable after June 2, 2017
All reservation names, date changes and cancellations must be received by the Congress Secretariat by June 2, 2017. Deposits are non-refundable and hotel availability may be limited after this date. Cancellations should be submitted via email to the Congress Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The Congress Secretariat will email a confirmation of your reservation upon completion of your reservation request. This is the only confirmation you will receive, you will not receive one from the hotel. Hotel records are listed under the guest last and first name.
